Hamilton brings a deep and longstanding connection to Pay It Forward SA, having previously served the organization as a member of the Board of Directors, Development Director, and CEO. His comprehensive understanding of the mission, programs, and community uniquely positions him to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact.

“I am deeply humbled to have the opportunity to step back into the role of CEO and to work alongside our Board and dedicated team. In close collaboration with our staff and partners, I look forward to leading the organization with a shared commitment to service and impact for our clients. Together, we will expand our reach into the community while also working painstakingly on providing necessary support for our clients in an effort for them to achieve long-term recovery and lasting self-sufficiency. The organization also extends its sincere gratitude to Kate Aldrich, who served as Interim CEO during a period of transition. Kate’s steady leadership, dedication, and guidance ensured continuity and stability for the organization, its staff, and the community Pay It Forward SA serves. She will continue to serve the Pay It Forward SA mission as the Secretary of our Board of Directors. We are deeply thankful for her care for the organization and our Pay It Forward SA community.
