We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Aldrich as the new Managing Director and Interim CEO of Pay It Forward SA.
Kate, a dedicated member of our Board of Directors, brings a wealth of leadership experience, deep community engagement, and a shared passion for our mission to empower and walk alongside individuals in recovery as they rebuild their lives.
As we move into this next chapter, the Board remains deeply committed to our mission and to the individuals we serve. Our programming and support services will continue uninterrupted, and we look forward to strengthening our impact under Kate's leadership.

A Personal Message from Kate
Thank you for the warm welcome into the Pay It Forward SA community.
I am honored to step into the role of Managing Director and Interim CEO and to support the work that so many staff, volunteers, partners, and donors have poured into. Pay It Forward SA exists because people in recovery deserve more than a second chance. They deserve stability, dignity, and a community that believes in them as they rebuild their lives. I share that belief, deeply.
Over the coming months, my focus will be on listening, strengthening our foundation, supporting our team, and ensuring that our programs remain steady and impactful. I also look forward to engaging with our partners, donors, referral teams, alumni, and the broader community to build clarity, sustainability, and alignment around our mission.
The heart of this organization is the people we serve and that will remain our priority. I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside this work and help steward the next chapter of Pay It Forward SA.
