A Note from Ben - Thank you!

Dear Pay It Forward SA Community,

With deep gratitude and much prayer and reflection, I am writing to announce my resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Pay It Forward SA, as I prepare to step into a new opportunity that will allow me to share our mission across the country. I step into this next chapter with excitement and a strong sense of purpose, filled with pride in what we have accomplished together as a community.  

My journey with Pay It Forward SA began nine years ago as a homeless client in the sober dorm. To grow within this organization, from client to staff member to becoming our organization’s CEO, has been one of the greatest honors of my life. These past two and a half years in leadership have given me the chance to serve others in the same way I was once served: with dignity, hope, and belief in the power of transformation. 

I am profoundly thankful for the trust and support our community has placed in me, and for the privilege of working alongside an incredible team so deeply dedicated to our mission. Together, we have helped hundreds of individuals rebuild their lives and discover what is possible through hard work, faith, and compassion. 

As I begin this next chapter, I will carry with me the lessons, relationships, and memories that have shaped my life and my leadership. My prayers and unwavering support remain with Pay It Forward SA as they continue to grow, thrive, and restore lives throughout our community and beyond.
